Yamaha 9.9hp High Thrust Outboard
Yamaha’s High Thrust outboards, including the Yamaha 9.9hp High Thrust Outboard, are engineered for demanding tasks that require superior power and control. Ideal for pushing heavy pontoons, enhancing multi-species boats, or maneuvering sailboats in congested marinas, these outboards offer exceptional thrust. Available in 60hp, 50hp, an all-new 25hp, and the 9.9hp model, they feature larger lower units and higher gear ratios compared to conventional outboards. When paired with our Dual Thrust™ propellers (optional on the T60/T50 and standard on the T25 and T9.9), Yamaha High Thrust outboards provide up to 60% more forward thrust and up to 70% more reverse thrust.
